Logistics
End-to-end shipment coordination covers container booking, route planning, and tracking from the factory gate to the destination port. We manage both full-container and consolidated loads, so smaller orders reach their destination just as reliably as large ones.
Customs
Full documentation handling — invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, and any destination-specific paperwork — is prepared and checked before shipment, keeping every export process fully compliant and reducing the risk of delays at the border.
Warranty
After-sales management on every shipment means claims, replacements, and quality queries are handled directly with us — not left for the customer to chase through the factory. Every delivery is backed by ongoing support after it leaves the warehouse.
